- We are looking for a financial institution and an active trade license, where we open a bank account with the support of our financial operations’ requirements.
- We can either acquire or invest in a bank so that trades to be successfully executed require different financial tools such as Letter of Credit, bank guarantees, deferred payments, or and prepayments. We expect that the financial institution will support and assist in this matter subject to the requirements and compliance.
- Our geography of counterparties is global, which includes various countries on all continents.
- Expected turnover in 2022 is over USD 400.0 million whereas in 2023 is going to be tripled. An organically growing trading house in 2023 is expected to have a turnover exceeding USD 5.0 billion.
- The firm plans to transport goods by sea using major logistics companies to ensure that goods are delivered from the port to the port in the most efficient way.
The cargo shipped by the sea containers value will variate between USD 300k - 400k where ship size between USD 3M - 50 million.
