We are a hospitality company in Jamaica that is seeking to raise seed/equity capital of up to USD 30,000 at a rate of USD 0.01 per share for 9% or 9,000,000 shares of our company. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- - We have been approved for an investment loan of US$500 million from a private project funding company in Bahrain and we are being offered an equity investment partnership with up to US$2 billion of funding from an investment firm in Dubai. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- - Loan funds will be used to start our business operations in Jamaica by acquiring and renovating several turnkey and non-operational hotels, resorts, and villas as well as acquiring development lands for the construction of luxury hotels & resorts.
