- This mobile application is also targeted towards other restaurants and hotels. It is an end-to-end software that assists in the daily operations of the business like inventory control and order punching (B2B model). Prior to the pandemic, we had registered over 100 restaurants. Currently, we have 2 major clients (hotel and restaurant). We are in the process of acquiring two other hotels.
- For the B2C vertical, we charge a commission between 8% - 18% to the restaurant as service charge for pre-orders by customers and provide the self-ordering services for free. In regard to the B2B vertical, we charge between INR 15,000 to INR 20,000.
- We recently launched an alternate vertical over 1.5 months ago to generate additional revenue. The business has entered into a contract with OYO Townhouse in Kolkata. It is a hotel with 30 rooms out of which 21 rooms are occupied currently. We charge between INR 1,100 - 1,600. The hotel has a kitchen and a banquet hall. We have generated over INR 30,00,000 from this vertical. The OYO platform promotes the hotel and we are responsible to manage its day-to-day operations.
