Company is a private limited entity which is in the field of research. Our clothing brand is currently owned under this private limited company. However, after raising funds we will register a new entity and the investor will receive stake in the new company. We have already registered the trademark of our clothing brand.
Our plan is to produce men's apparel under own brand name and sell them through retailers and third party eCommerce websites. Have already spoken to 150+ retailers from 3 districts and are also in talks with Vishal Mega Mart. In the online segment, we will sell the products through third party eCommerce website including Flipkart, Amazon and Snapdeal.
Additionally, we also plan to set up an exclusive showroom and have already rented a 300 sq ft retail shop which is in the process of renovation. We will outsource the manufacturing process to third party manufacturers and have already spoken to 4 manufacturing units. Business does not own any physical assets.
