- Primarily recruit for mid & senior-level employees with 10+ years of experience.

- We have a large data base of (few millions) very senior executives from India, APAC, Middle East and USA.

- Employ a cutting edge AI-driven proprietary software product that enables us to rank potential candidates from a database of senior-executives globally using advanced machine learning sentiment analysis.

- This allows us to rank the candidates with the best fit within 2 weeks and thus shorten the duration of filling the position.

- We have successfully placed 5 candidates with an average CTC of INR 50 lakhs since our inception.

- Charge the company (client) a fixed fee of 15% of the annual CTC offered once the candidate is hired.

- Out of our 5 clients, 4 are from India and the other is from the Middle East.

- Run-on an asset light model with most of our staff working remotely on a contract basis.
