    Harvest & logging of 70 year old parawood trees established on approx 500 hectares land.
    The company owns a parawood / rubberwood plantation which is spread on a 500 hectare land. As per a survey conducted by Royal Thai Forest Department, these trees are 70 years old. We are looking to raise funds to start the harvest & logging of these trees. Each of these trees are of approx 20 meters height. The asset value of these parawood / rubberwood trees ranges between THB 1.2 to 1.4 Billion and we plan to either export the logs or sell it to the domestic sawmills. The funds we plan to raise will be used for setting up the infrastructure, buying equipment, trucking & logistics and meeting labour expenses. Business owned assets include parawood / rubberwood trees on 500 hectares land.
