3. There must be attached land of a minimum of 1,000 acres or a nearby area must be there which can be annexed to the winery.
4. I do not charge any upfront fees but have a success fee which is 2% on the deal side.
5. When facilitating business buyouts or take overs, takeovers, I normally ascertain the veracity of the claims made by the selling company, like for instance whether they exist, or other such information. I verify documents and the legality of the same. I establish the identities of both buyer and seller. I try to establish the fund capacity of the buyer where I am permitted to know.
