We are a tea cafe QSR chain with 9 operational outlets across India. We have 2 company-owned outlets and the rest 7 are franchisee-owned outlets.
Business was started to serve a cozy, family-friendly, hygienic place serving the best cup of tea (as per their preferences and customizations) anyone could ask for and the tastiest snacks that go well along with it.
We also have a D2C brand, we started it post-COVID-19.
Brand was born with the idea to cater to a large group of customers with our specialty tea blend when everyone was locked in their homes because of COVID-19.
Here, we make our own tea blend which is much better than all our competitors in the market.
Our tea products are sold on our website, CRED, Amazon, Flipkart, and all other major marketplaces.
Our supply chain is very strong and consistent.
We have not been operating at our full capacity and we owners have not marketed the business actively but still, because of the QSR Business, we have managed to get good sales.
We are recognized and registered under Startup India, Startin UP, and Innovation Hub. We have received a few government grants as well.
We generate around 25-35 bills per day per outlet.
Revenue is equally generated from D2C tea brand and cafe.
The two company owned stores do around 8.5-9 lacs a month while each franchise stores does around 2.5-3 lacs a month. If you combine all sales (company owned and brand), brand level sales would stand at around 30 lacs a month. We are selling the franchise outlets as a part of the sale as well which is why there is a huge increase in sales.
