We are commercial farming company which was previously funded by Japanese embassy for an aquaculture project. Seeking loan for a new project to setup an integrated farming business on our lease land which is more than 100 acres. The project is focused on cultivating fertile lands by involving in beef farming, root crops and ginger farming. The land is at close proximity to a river which gives us an added advantage. The group intends to market the farm produce through exports and local markets. However, excess produces will be sold on roadside stalls and nearby communities to save in farm time. Land is under an agriculture lease with a total of more than FJD 2 million worth of value. The company was granted the land titles in 2020, hence there is no much operations completed so far.

The other promoter has strong family ties to the region, is a post-graduate in finance and taxes, and has several short courses in agriculture. Business growing and harvesting grey oyster mushrooms, based in Malacca, Malaysia. - We have a farm land of 1.5 acres that is owned by the business owner. - There are 12 green houses (1,000 - 1,500 Sq. Ft. ) on the farm. - Grey oyster mushrooms are cash crops and can be grown throughout the year. - The maximum output capacity of the farm is 8 tonnes per month. We are currently harvesting 4 tonnes per month. - The produce is sold to 10 supermarkets across Malacca. Farming company incorporated 5 years back which is into Vedic and zero budget farming. - We grow different types of vegetables, fruits, cereals and pulses.
