Vegetable Farms for Sale and Investment

The company grows vegetables and provides agricultural consultation to various organizations. We grow different types of local vegetables and sell them in the market to wholesalers and distributors. We also started supplying to a few supermarkets. We cultivate around 5 to 6 tons of crops every 3 months. The company is also one of the main providers of landscaping projects in Fiji and we also manufacture organic fertilizers for the local Fijian market. We are a member of Poetcom, the main governing body of organics in the South Pacific and the sole provider of organic consultancy in Fiji. Our project team has covered more than 100 communities covering agribusiness development and organic agriculture. Our landscaping team has also completed a total of 20 projects in Fiji generating over FJD 150k already this year. We have sold over FJD 20k worth of our organic fertilizers in the local Fiji market. Founder & director hold a BA in Physics and Mathematics with 8 years of business experience in the agri sector. We generate almost equal revenue from own farming and landscaping business.

Mushroom cultivation is a process of growing/selling in controlled environments. - Around 800-900 kgs of mushrooms can be cultivated per day. - Currently supplying the products to 10 wholesalers. The wholesalers are from Patiala, Ambala, Chandigarh, and Ludhiana. - We have environmentally controlled rooms where we grow the mushrooms. - It will take around 45 days for the fruiting to start. - Also provide same-day delivery of the products. The minimum order requirement is 200 kg. - Have 5 permanent employees and 30-40 daily wage employees.

Our equipment is well-known for its quality and efficiency. We build commercial aquaponics farms in Thailand. Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, India, New Zealand, and Ukraine. We continuously technically support our customer’s teams. Our maker is mainly hotels, restaurants, communities, and schools. We also have our own farm and research lab to experiment and improve our process. Our farms are built on proven and reproducible technology. The vegetable production rates are known, and deliverables are established, steady, and reliable. Aquaponics is usually developed by aquaculture experts. On the contrary, our team is made of engineers who engineered a system that provides fish, natural bacteria, and plants their optimum required environment. Every component of the aquaponics process has been studied and optimized with a proper engineering mindset. Our growth has been steady in the past years and our customer feedback is great. Our next phase in the company growth plan is to build a large-scale farm and raise people’s knowledge about aquaponics product quality. We are ready to pass that second gear. We have many new products in the design pipeline and plan to manufacture this equipment in-house. We also plan to franchise our systems. Our customers are restaurants, hotels, houses and apartments. This farm is built on solid aquaponics know-how and established production rate and cost knowledge. We have spent the last 8 years developing this technology and all economic unknowns have been eliminated. The farm is designed to be independent of potential future energy cost increases. Farm is designed to produce steadily yearly, regardless of weather conditions. Our integration system is highly efficient and automated so requires fewer employees to manage and run the business.

Company that cultivates and dries vegetables. - We have cultivated land with an area of 120 hectares. - Very fertile soil with quality classes: I, II, and IIIA) - Crop irrigation system, which significantly increases yields. - Production capacity of the vegetable dryer: for root vegetables is 2.5-5 T in 24 hours and for leafy vegetables, it is 2.5-3 T in 24 hours. - Dried vegetables are sold to B2B customers. - The business has 20 active customers.

We are producers of the snack food of pumpkin seeds & sunflower seeds. - The business sold 40 tons worth of seeds the previous year. - The business has 3,500+ retail customers who purchase our seeds from our 30 distributors. - The capacity of seeds we can produce is about 150 tons but we are producing only 40 tons. - The business is planning to make full utilization of the capacity by improving the demand in the market.

The farm was established in 1982 and incorporated as an LLC in 1997. We own 1,536 acres of land and we mainly produce apples, peaches and strawberries. We sell them in the local market and are also the main exporters to GCC and MENA areas. Farm is fully equipped with all the necessary machinery, agricultural vehicles, computerized greenhouses, warehouses, refrigerated rooms, tractors, and water pumps. 600 square meter villa is inside the farm and is fully furnished. Pickup trucks and cars are included in the sale. The farm is equipped with a renewable solar energy source. A detailed list of the inventory will be shared with buyers.

Currently, as part of the business, we own a long-term lease on an agricultural island of 15 hectares from the government. - The land is situated on an island. - Our business has two verticals- producing fruits and vegetables & retail and wholesale of our produce. - We are only seeking investment in our agriculture vertical i. e. production of fruits and vegetables & investment just on the agriculture island. - The financials mentioned are only for this vertical. - Funds received will be used to expand the controlled farming and to buy out stakes in the specific operation of the island. - On average our monthly production is 4-5 tonnes. - Currently, the business is not making any profit but is able to cover its operational expenses.

We plan to convert the basement of a commercial building into a highly productive hydroponics vertical strawberry farm, using a unique high-end technology with our Canadian partners. - Currently, we have not yet started any operations and are still in the planning phase, hence we have not reported any revenue. - We are already in talks to sign the lease agreement for a 1,000 sq. meter basement area in Muscat. - The technology, floor plan, pipes, equipment, and entire infrastructure will be provided by our Canadian partner with whom we have already signed the contract. - Have identified a few suppliers for raw materials required for the strawberry plantation and fertilizers. - We will form another company once the investor comes in and join 4 other directors who own a 50:30:10:10 stake holding in this company. - Currently, this company does not have any loan. - We intend to produce high-quality, nutritional, and flavourful fruits and vegetables for consumption in both local and international markets. - We will generate revenue by selling the products in hypermarkets as there is a high demand for strawberries in Oman and currently nearly 2,200 tonnes are imported yearly.
