Our menu features signature African dishes, including spiced rice with beef, paired with popular Asian cuisine from Thailand, Vietnam, and the Philippines. With the addition of American Louisiana-style comfort food, we offer a truly global dining experience. Additionally, we provide catering services for events, expanding our reach to a wider audience. Currently, our business does not own any physical assets, as we started just started in June and are utilizing a rented kitchen space and equipment. Currently operates from a 25-square-meter rented cloud kitchen in Dubai, with a monthly rent of AED 8,000. The current kitchen, while it meets our current needs and is equipped with leased appliances, provides little expansion abilities to achieve the goals we have to expand. The business is 100% self-funded. (No liabilities) As we seek to grow, we understand the need for financial support, which is why we know an initial investment of AED 250,000 would make us an unstoppable force that will help many women in turn families and communities. In our expansion goals, we’re seeking additional capital to expand into other Emirates, grow our kitchen operations, bring on support staff, trainers, and counsellors, and take the next steps towards establishing our first dine-in restaurant.
