- Our business is essentially a real estate company based in Pune and having 4 ongoing projects.

- We have completed over 16 residential and commercial projects within a duration of 10 years.

- Labour and machinery are hired on a contract basis as per the type and size of the project. We do not have in-house labour and machinery support. Compensation for outsourcing varies between projects.

- Average lifetime of a project is 3 years.

- Currently, we are completing a commercial real estate project which is an 11 storey building with over 260 flats.

- The funds from the business loan will be dispersed for working capital requirements and commencing phase two of the same project.

- The payment from these projects will be received in instalments over the course of completion. The projects will be completed within 2 to 3 years from the infusion of capital from the prospective lessor.

- The proceeds from the project will be used to retire the principal amount along with interest payments to the lessor within the stipulated time frame.

- In order to reduce the risk exposure faced by the lessor, our company will provide unsold residential apartments owned by the company as collateral against the loan amount. Approximate value of the collateral is INR 6 crores.
